Turning research results into a marketable product and profitable business can seem like a long, tough journey — especially in the food industry. What are the steps? How can you optimize product development to reach the market as quickly as possible while encouraging commercial success? Which key players can help? What tools do they have? What elements must be considered and validated from the outset? What sources of funding, financing and investment are available at various stages of the commercialization process?

Through two interactive workshops with researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, finance organizations and experts in the field, we will demystify each step “From Lab to Fab”. We’ll explain the key challenges, and present proven strategies to facilitate the journey. You’ll become familiar with the issues and learn who can help at each stage to increase your probability of success!
